Privacy Policy Video Surveillance

POLICY PURSUANT TO ART. 14 REG. UE 679/2018 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Pursuant to the applicable data protection law, Interporto Padova S.p.A, with registered office at Padova, Corso Spagna 35 (“Interporto”), as Data Controller, wishes, in order to integrate the simplified policy provided on the displayed signs, to inform you of the following.

Interporto installed video surveillance systems in areas owned by the company inside Interporto (that include the terminal area, Corso Stati Uniti 18 area, and other buildings and areas included in the hub) pursuant to the applicable law and according to the recommendations of the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (general provision of 8th April 2010).

Images are processed by appointed employees of the company and are used exclusively to grant the security of the facilities, to prevent and restrict the unauthorized accesses, and to prevent fraudulent events and acts of vandalism. Therefore, pursuant to the general provision of the Authority, your consent is not required.

Images may also be made available to external subjects, as the law enforcement authorities and other competent Authorities.

Data will be stored for the period indicated on the aforementioned general provision of the Garante. Specific technical and organizational measures will be adopted by Interporto to prevent loss of data, unauthorized access and unlawful processing or processing not complying with the purposes of the collection. All data are stored and processed by Interporto in full compliance with the applicable privacy law (and according to the principles of fairness, necessity, lawfulness, transparency and the protection of privacy and of rights) and to the logics related to the purposes mentioned in this policy. Interporto performs on data only the necessary operations in order to pursue the purposes of this policy.

In order to have knowledge of the updated list of the Data Processors, to obtain the erasure, anonymization and interruption of the process of data carried out against the law, to ask to update or rectify or integrate the data, to obtain the restriction of the processing, data portability and to oppose to the use of data, and to exercise the rights pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 (to which reference is made for the sake of completeness), you are entitled to contact the persons authorized to process the data in the Administrative Offices at the registered office of Interporto, by sending an email to the following address: privacy@interportopd.it.

A copy of this policy will be stored Ii the Administrative Offices and will be updated pursuant to the regulatory evolution: said updates will also be published in the institutional website of Interporto, www.interportopd.it
