Data Controller

The Data Controller of the personal data collected from you is INTERPORTO PADOVA S.P.A. (hereinafter “INTERPORTO”), with registered office in 35127 – Padova (PD), Galleria Spagna n. 35, which, pursuant to and for the of art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as well as art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016, wishes to inform you of the following.

Purposes and methos of data processing

The personal data you provide to us or acquired in the context of the management and administration of the Condominium will be used and processed in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, and in particular for:
1) operational, administrative and internal management needs of the Condominium;
2) fulfilment of legal obligations relating to condominiums.
In order to pursue the aforementioned purposes, your personal data are collected in archives, both paper and computerized, and are processed in the manner strictly necessary for the purposes indicated and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data provided.
The Condominium processes the personal data collected for the aforementioned purposes using, in particular, the work of INTERPORTO PADOVA S.P.A. which, in its capacity as Administrator of the Condominium, will act as Data Processor pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 28 of the Regulation. The data may also be processed by other third parties who will always act as Data Processors or authorized persons.
In particular, the processing concerns the following categories of personal data: name, telephone numbers, e-mail address or other identification elements and any data necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in this policy and whose legal basis for processing is the fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations to which the Condominium is subject.

Comunication

Again for the purposes strictly instrumental to the management of the Condominium, some of your data, as better specified above, may be communicated to public administrations for legal compliance, as well as, where necessary for the purposes indicated, to third parties, such as banking institutions, insurance companies, suppliers of the Condominium, external consultants expert in accounting and tax matters, chartered accountants, consultants for the management of litigation and legal assistance, credit recovery companies, etc.
In any case, the processing by third parties must be carried out correctly and in compliance with current legislation.

Rights of the data controller

At any time, you may contact Interporto Padova S.p.A., in your capacity as Administrator of the Condominium, to obtain the updated list of Data Processors, as well as to have full clarity on the operations we have reported to you and to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation as well as the right to object to the processing and data portability and to withdraw consent pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation.
We also inform you that pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you habitually reside, work or where the alleged violation occurred. This authority, as far as the Italian territory is concerned, is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

Duration of processing

The personal data you provide will be stored for the time necessary to carry out the administrative and management purposes specified above and also for the fulfilment of the obligations deriving from the current relationship and from the law. Once the relationship has ended, the processing will continue for as long as this is necessary due to legislative, regulatory or judicial obligations.

Provision of data

We also inform you that the processing of data for the purposes referred to in this policy is essential and mandatory for the management and administration of the Condominium of which you are a member. The processing is in fact necessary for the execution of the contract to which you are a party or to comply with the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letters b) and c) of the Regulation.
